IT Assets & Facilities Technician

We are seeking an IT Assets & Facilities Technician. The role involves maintaining the corporate and remote Data Centers. The position requires an individual who can follow instructions and standard operating procedures to support data center operations., * Monitor request queues for tasks, including cable movement and equipment installation.

• Escort third-party support staff within the facility.
• Create support tickets for third-party colocation partners to perform tasks.
• Coordinate with low voltage cablers for work in the corporate office.
• Maintain and document new standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ship and receive assets in the depot.

Education: No degree is required for this position.

Experience: Candidates should be able to follow instructions and SOPs effectively.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the Jira Incident ticket system is considered a plus.
