Job description
We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager to act in a hybrid Product and Project/Program role. This position is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects and products, including a website enhancement and redesign initiative focused on delivering increased value to members. The role involves leading mobile modernization efforts and driving a unified customer experience across platforms, ensuring feature parity between web and mobile applications., * Lead a website enhancement and redesign initiative to improve user experience and member value.
- Drive a unified customer experience across platforms, ensuring feature parity between web and mobile applications.
- Manage end-to-end governance, including planning, tracking, and execution of projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
- Oversee cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment across engineering, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Own user flows, product requirements, and overall experience design direction in partnership with UX/UI teams.
- Manage a member-based platform with backend systems and a unified front-end console.
- Enhance search and booking reservation capabilities to improve usability.
- Provide status reporting to stakeholders, including C-suite executives, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Create and maintain the financial plan, ensuring project actuals and forecasts are aligned with the budget.
- Use tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, Confluence, and Aha! for tracking and roadmap management.
Requirements
Education: A four-year college degree is required.
Experience: Seven or more years of Project Management experience, including leading mobile or web-based projects and enhancements. Extensive experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and a proven track record in the successful delivery of projects, programs, or products.
Skills:
- PMP Certification is required.
- Strong capabilities in budget management and financial tracking.
- Knowledge of product development and user experience (UX) flows.
- Executive-level presence with strong communication skills for presenting to C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Full understanding of Product Management tools such as Aha! and Azure DevOps (ADO).
Preferred Qualifications
- An advanced degree is preferred.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience in the hospitality or timeshare industry.
