Job description

We're looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven IT Specialist / Technician to join a growing team and play a key role in day-to-day technology operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting users, and working across a broad tech stack-while building toward future leadership.

What you'll do:

  • Provide front-line support for hardware, software, and network issues (remote & onsite)
  • Manage user accounts and security within Active Directory
  • Deploy and configure workstations, support onboarding, and maintain systems
  • Troubleshoot production issues and drive timely resolutions
  • Assist with system upgrades, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Windows 10/11, O365, Active Directory, and Group Policy
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server (2016-2022) and networking (LAN/WAN)
  • Solid troubleshooting skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindset
  • Familiarity with VMware/Scale Computing, VoIP, or SQL is a plus
