Job description
- This is a full-time, fully remote position offering flexibility in your daily schedule. Candidates must reside in NY, NJ, PA, NC, GA, FL, TX, CA, CO, or CT., In this Ecommerce Coordinator role, your day begins by ensuring orders are processed seamlessly and inquiries are handled with care, setting the tone for an exceptional customer experience. As you move through your day, you'll collaborate with external vendors to ensure every product, image, and detail aligns with the VillaHouse brand story. You'll build and maintain product sheets for online partners, carefully manage image and data assets, and merchandise digital storefronts to maximize visual appeal and performance. You'll also play a key role in communications, sending notifications about restocks and discontinued items, while analyzing partner site performance to uncover opportunities to boost sales. Behind the scenes, you'll track inventory trends, forecast demand, and support the growth of eCommerce partnerships-ultimately ensuring every interaction with our brand feels seamless, intentional, and impactful.
Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role (eCommerce experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred qualifications include prior experience in eCommerce environments and familiarity with product merchandising and analytics. We're looking for a versatile, proactive team player who is eager to learn and ready to contribute across a variety of projects.
