Job description

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Workstation Support Analyst for a on-site opportunity in Florence, SC. Candidate will provide onsite technical support for end users and enterprise workstation environments, focusing on troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role ensures reliable daily operation of desktop systems while supporting users in a structured enterprise IT environment., * Provide onsite workstation and desktop support for end users

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Support Windows-based enterprise workstation environments
  • Assist with Active Directory user account and access support
  • Diagnose and resolve VPN and network connectivity problems
  • Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions while collaborating with IT teams

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical operations, service desk, or IT support roles
  • Experience providing desktop or workstation support in an enterprise or corporate environment
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and standard IT support tools
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts including connectivity troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting Active Directory or domain-based environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work fully onsite in a structured technical support environment

Preferred Skills/Experience of the Workstation Support Analyst:

  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • CompTIA Network+ certification
  • Experience supporting VPN connectivity and remote access tools
  • Familiarity with DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, and basic networking concepts
  • Exposure to enterprise workstation management tools and IT service management platforms
