- Answer phone calls, emails and texts to assist patients in scheduling and assist in answering patient's questions or concerns.
- Manage patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Support other administrative tasks such as check-out and follow-up phone calls.
- Maintain a positive attitude and have a willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Phone communication?, * Good communication skills, reliability and being a positive team player are a must.
- Proper phone etiquette is required.
- The ability to multi-task and maintain a positive demeanor under pressure is crucial.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and data security.
- Computer literacy and adaptability to varying programs is essential.
- Experience in the dental field and knowledge of dental radiographs is helpful, but not mandatory.
