Job description
- Identify opportunities to optimize IAM environment and provide suggestions on improvements. Guide root cause analysis, debugging, support, and post-mortem evaluation for any service interruptions.
- Analyze and improve process with a bias toward automation and self-service.
- Participate and lead efforts to build out continuous integration and automated deployment pipelines.
- Improve application development and compliance through automation.
- Develop tools and framework to improve operational efficiency and anomality detection.
- Participate on cross-functional project teams, providing subject matter expertise and ensure that new system objects are supported by developing administrative procedures.
- Provide third-level production support for Identity Management environment, including after hours on-call support.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other team members at multiple levels of the organization.

Requirements
Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, plus 2 years of experience in a systems analyst related role; or Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, plus 4 years of post-bachelor's and progressive experience in a systems analyst related role.
Must have 2 years of experience in designing, developing, maintaining, managing, monitoring, troubleshooting, or analyzing IAM and related technologies, including at least 2 of the following: Directory Services, Federation Services, Cloud Directory Services, Authentication Technologies, User Provisioning, Privileged Access Management, or Role/Attribute-Based Access Control (RBAC/ABAC).
Must have 2 years of work experience in managing on-prem and Azure Active Directory; or supporting enterprise-level systems in a global hybrid-cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCS).
Must have 2 years of experience in creating and managing PowerShell scripts.
Must have 2 years of experience in developing, installing, configurating, implementing, and monitoring of applications or services utilizing the identity management domain of information security discipline protocols or standards, including SAML, OIDC, WS-*, OAuth2.0, XML, JSON, SOAP, or REST.
Must have 2 years of experience in installing, configurating, implementing, and monitoring IT / Security technologies, including at least 2 of the following: DNS, DHCP, MS Exchange, Firewalls, VPN Gateways, IPS, Proxy, Endpoint Security, Vulnerability Management, or SIEM.
Must have 2 years of experience in participating in projects of increasing size and complexity including the utilization of project planning and project dashboard tools.

Benefits & conditions
Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. Pay Range: $171,458 - $211,800 per year.
