Supports Service Now team to develop and mature CMDB, ITSM, and other modules by organizing and applying updated policy and workflows.

Drives development of business process into Service Now applications to create self service catalog improvements.

Develops solutions within the ServiceNow environment for applications, forms, workflows, UI, Business Rules, ACLs, Catalog Items, and any other ServiceNow related configurations required to support client process improvements.

Provides expertise in ServiceNOW data loads, transform maps, and XMLs.

Provides advanced troubleshooting in ServiceNOW for a variety of difficult software problems and bug fixes.

Develops and maintains process mapping, depicting processes and workflows across organizational boundaries.

Translates requirements and develops fully functional features by working closely with the team lead and stakeholders.

Works with process owners to document current processes and re-design those processes in custom ServiceNow workflows to be more efficient

Develops and maintains ServiceNOW and JIRA dashboard(s) for performance reporting. Provides ongoing implementation, change management, and strategic communications and documentation support.

Utilizes Agile methodologies for ServiceNOW development and maintain Dev-Test-Prod pipelines
Requirements
Steampunk is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support one of our federal customers. This leader will help lead the effort to modernize the agency information security program. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who enjoys applying the latest technology to modernize enterprise IT delivery and risk management. The candidate must have a proven ability to learn quickly and leverage ServiceNow to solve real world problems and deliver solutions to promote security automation and process improvement., + Masters degree and 3 years of relevant experience; OR

Bachelors and 5 years of relevant experience; OR
-
No degree and 9 years of relevant experience
-
5-10+ years of experience supporting Enterprise IT programs.

Experience with Service Now modules preferred (ITSM, CMDB, etc.).

Experience with federal policy and NIST RMF a plus.

Approved technical certification
-
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) Required

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Preferred

Steampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $120,000 to $175,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
