As the EDI Analyst, you'll support and own end-to-end integration across customers, carriers, and enterprise systems working across both technical and operational teams in a high-visibility, customer-facing capacity. If you're an EDI professional who thrives at the intersection of technical integration and customer-facing work, let's talk!, * Lead end-to-end EDI integration projects involving customers, carriers, vendors, and internal business teams within a logistics and supply chain environment
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for new EDI transactions, integrations, and process improvement initiatives
- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure integration requirements are accurately translated into development specifications
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new trading partners including mapping requirements, testing, validation, and production deployment support
- Troubleshoot EDI transaction failures, mapping discrepancies, data translation issues, and integration-related production incidents across multiple systems
- Work directly with customers and external partners to support implementation efforts, resolve operational issues, and improve integration workflows
- Analyze supply chain and transactional data flows to identify process gaps, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and optimization
- Collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, and operational support groups to maintain stable and scalable integration environments
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements, workflow diagrams, mapping specifications, testing plans, and operational procedures
Requirements
Do you have experience in Warehouse management system?, * 7+ years of experience as an EDI Analyst integrating customer data into enterprise systems
- Direct experience working within supply chain environments with a strong understanding of supply chain processes, workflows, and data flows
- Hands-on experience with EDI transaction sets including 214, 219, and 205 in supply chain, logistics, transportation, or distribution environments
- Prior experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) including how WMS data integrates with surrounding enterprise systems
- Experience translating business requirements from stakeholders into clear technical specifications
- Experience working directly with customers and external trading partners throughout the full integration lifecycle
- In-depth understanding of integration workflows, data mapping, and transactional processing with the ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve mapping issues
Nice to have:
- Experience delivering integrations with transportation carriers, including familiarity with carrier-specific EDI requirements and communication protocols
- Exposure to ERP platforms or enterprise integration environments with an understanding of how EDI transactions flow through core business systems
