Job description

Lead Salesforce 2.0 migration strategy and execution from legacy to modern architecture

  • Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog aligned to sales, service, and GTM objectives

  • Translate business requirements into technical user stories and platform designs

  • Partner with engineering, architecture, and vendors to ensure scalable, secure solutions

  • Drive roadmap delivery, release planning, and adoption across sales and commercial teams

Requirements

Strong product scope ownership and proven ability to define, refine, and hold firm MVP and capability scope in a complex, multi platform environment

  • Salesforce Certification(s) (Admin, Platform App Builder, or equivalent)

  • Strong technical Product Owner experience in large-scale Salesforce environments

  • Experience leading enterprise CRM migrations and complex integrations

  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, cross-functional enterprise organizations

  • Backlog and Jira expertise; deep experience creating and managing capabilities, features, and stories with clear acceptance criteria and dependencies

  • Ability to lead quarterly planning, capacity discussions, and scope/timeline trade offs at scale
