Job description

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce AI Architect to drive scalable AI adoption and business transformation across the Salesforce ecosystem. This role will focus on delivering practical AI-enabled business outcomes while establishing long-term architecture standards and enterprise AI integration patterns. The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce platform expertise combined with strong understanding of enterprise AI strategy, customer engagement workflows, automation, and AI-powered user experiences. This individual will work closely with the Google Cloud Platform AI Architect and enterprise architecture teams to align Salesforce AI capabilities with the broader enterprise AI strategy. This role will play a critical part in balancing rapid delivery of business value with scalable, governed, and maintainable AI architecture decisions across the Salesforce platform. Key Responsibilities AI Strategy & Enterprise Alignment

  • Partner with the Google Cloud Platform AI Architect and enterprise architecture teams to shape the enterprise AI strategy and roadmap.

  • Define how Salesforce AI capabilities align with broader enterprise AI platform initiatives.

  • Evaluate Salesforce-native AI offerings, third-party AI tools, and custom AI solutions to support build-vs-buy decisions.

  • Help establish scalable AI architecture and governance standards across Salesforce domains. AI Use Cases & Business Value Delivery

  • Identify and deliver high-value AI use cases across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and customer operations.

  • Drive practical AI adoption focused on improving customer experience, productivity, automation, insights, and operational efficiency.

  • Rapidly prototype and implement AI solutions that demonstrate measurable business impact.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize scalable AI opportunities. Salesforce AI Solution Architecture

  • Architect AI-powered solutions leveraging: * Salesforce Einstein * Agentforce * Einstein Copilot * Data Cloud * Flow Automation * MuleSoft

  • Salesforce AI capabilities and ecosystem tools

  • Design reusable frameworks and patterns for AI-enabled CRM workflows, customer service automation, copilots, and intelligent engagement.

  • Establish architecture standards for AI implementations across Salesforce platforms.

  • Ensure scalability, maintainability, and enterprise alignment of AI solutions. Enterprise AI Integration

  • Collaborate with Google Cloud Platform AI platform teams to integrate enterprise AI services into Salesforce experiences and workflows.

  • Design secure integrations between Salesforce, ServiceNow, enterprise APIs, data platforms, and AI services.

  • Help standardize AI orchestration and integration patterns across enterprise platforms.

  • Enable scalable access to enterprise AI services within Salesforce applications. AI Governance & Responsible AI

  • Help define responsible AI standards and governance practices for Salesforce AI implementations.

  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

  • Implement governance controls around customer data, AI-generated content, automation approvals, and model usage.

  • Partner with security and compliance teams to operationalize AI risk management practices. Platform Enablement & Operationalization

  • Enable Salesforce engineering and product teams with reusable AI patterns, templates, and implementation standards.

  • Provide technical leadership for AI solution design, deployment, and operational support.

  • Help establish scalable support and operational models for AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.

  • Drive enterprise adoption of AI best practices across Salesforce teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Salesforce architecture and platform engineering experience.

  • Strong expertise across: * Sales Cloud * Service Cloud * Experience Cloud * Marketing Cloud * MuleSoft * Salesforce platform architecture * Hands-on experience with: * Salesforce Einstein * Agentforce * Einstein Copilot * Data Cloud

  • Experience designing enterprise CRM and customer engagement solutions.

  • Strong understanding of AI/GenAI adoption patterns and enterprise AI strategy.

  • Experience evaluating build-vs-buy AI technology decisions.

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent communication and executive presentation capabilities. Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.

  • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise AI platforms such as Google Cloud Platform Vertex AI, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI.

  • Familiarity with AI orchestration, copilots, RAG, and conversational AI solutions.

  • Experience working on enterprise AI transformation initiatives.

  • Experience collaborating across multiple enterprise platform teams including ServiceNow and cloud engineering.
