Server Admin User Admin experience Back and restore Replications Restore to new servers Strong Windows Admin experience Scripting, We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator with strong expertise in Windows environments to support and manage enterprise infrastructure. This role is responsible for maintaining system stability, supporting end users, and ensuring the reliability of critical services including Active Directory, Exchange, and server environments. Key Responsibilities
· Administer and support Active Directory (AD) File Services, including permissions, group policies, and directory structure management
· Manage and maintain Exchange mailboxes, including provisioning, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management
· Perform server administration across Windows environments (installation, configuration, patching, and performance monitoring)
· Provide user administration support such as account creation, access management, and issue resolution
· Execute backup and restore operations to ensure data integrity and business continuity
· Handle data replication processes and monitor replication health across systems
· Perform server restoration and migrations, including restoring services to new or replacement servers
· Develop and maintain automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell) to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency
Requirements
· Strong experience in Windows Server administration
· Hands-on expertise with Active Directory and Exchange environments
· Proven experience in backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes
· Knowledge of replication technologies and troubleshooting
· Experience with server builds, migrations, and restorations
· Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell preferred)
· Solid understanding of user and access management in enterprise environments
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in large-scale or enterprise IT environments
· Familiarity with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
· Knowledge of security best practices within Windows environments
