Job description

  • Design, develop, and enhance Pega Smart Investigate applications
  • Build reusable components and enterprise workflows
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather and analyze requirements
  • Develop integrations with third-party and enterprise applications
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices
  • Support Agile ceremonies and project deliverables

Requirements

  • Open to GC-EAD, -EAD, and Authorized to Work candidates, We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer with strong expertise in Smart Investigate (SIU/Fraud Investigation) solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level Pega applications with deep knowledge of case management, workflow automation, integrations, and investigation workflows., * 8+ years of experience in Pega PRPC application development
  • Strong experience with Pega Smart Investigate / SIU frameworks
  • Hands-on experience in Pega Infinity and case management applications
  • Expertise in Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC)
  • Experience in designing workflows, decision rules, UI sections, and integrations
  • Strong understanding of fraud investigation and claims investigation processes
  • Experience with REST/SOAP services and external system integrations
  • Knowledge of Pega security, performance tuning, and deployment strategies
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills, * Pega CSA/CSSA Required
  • Experience in Insurance or Financial Services domain is a plus
  • Experience with Smart Dispute or Customer Service framework is an added advantage
  • Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD processes
