Job description

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure leveraging Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory
  • Administer and optimize both on-premises and cloud environments for performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Ensure infrastructure security and compliance through identity management, patching, and adherence to regulatory standards
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts and workflows to improve operational efficiency
  • Monitor system health, configure alerts, and respond to incidents to minimize downtime and business disruption
  • Maintain and enhance the organization's IT Service Management (ITSM) platform to support service delivery and SLA performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and strategic partners on infrastructure initiatives and enterprise projects
  • Maintain global infrastructure documentation including knowledgebase articles, configurations, and operational procedures
  • Lead infrastructure projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards
  • Provide technical support for escalated end-user and enterprise infrastructure requests

Requirements
