This hybrid position offers a balanced schedule of three in-office workdays at our Burlington or Durham, NC locations and two remote workdays per week, supporting both collaboration and flexibility., * Responsible for performing detailed research and evaluation of projects and assignments requiring knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable or related background.
- Recommendations to management and initiate implementation of new procedures and processes.
- Develop management reporting using MS Excel, MS Access, and other office software.
- Collaborate with departments/business associates to analyze, understand and define business rules for department workflow and system enhancements.
- Develop detailed research and evaluation of projects and assignments requiring knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable or related background.
Requirements
- Associates Degree
- 3 years or more Accounts Receivable, Analytical Acumen or related experience, * Knowledge of accounting principles, accounts receivable calculations DSO, have/need, cash factor, and bad debt.
- Identify issues to provide recommendations and financial implications, and/or operational applications in Revenue Cycle Management
- Asses, understand, and solve complex problems by applying data analysis and critical thinking., All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data., This position is responsible for performing detailed research and evaluation of projects and assignments requiring knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable or related background.
