- Lead AHE Quarterly Planning process, including budgeting and operational improvement initiatives.
- Define, develop, and implement AI automation tools to enhance team productivity and operational efficiency.
- Manage issue resolution by maintaining JIRA hygiene and supporting cross-team requests within established timelines.
- Streamline firmware configuration management across various projects and target configurations.
- Develop clear and concise communication materials to update stakeholders and leadership on program status, risks, and achievements.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be an integral part of the AHE Operations supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving complex problems, which will enable you to thrive within this innovative organization., * BS/MS degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Technical Program Management, with a proven track record of leading complex cross-functional programs.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end product development processes and tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, Gantt charts, and risk tracking.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI tools like Claude and Gemini.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages effectively to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
