SAP S/4HANA Cloud Platform Administrator.

Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a retail organization, is seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA Cloud Platform Administrator. This role is responsible for administering and supporting a cloud-based SAP ERP environment, managing security and access governance, overseeing integrations and transport management, and ensuring platform stability across development, testing, and production environments. The ideal candidate will serve as the technical owner of the SAP cloud platform while supporting upgrades, monitoring, compliance, and ongoing operational excellence., Identity & Access Management

• Manage user provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, and role assignments across SAP cloud environments
• Administer identity management services, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and enterprise identity integrations
• Conduct user access reviews and enforce segregation of duties controls
• Maintain security governance processes and access compliance standards

Transport & Change Management

• Manage transport lifecycle activities across development, testing, and production environments
• Coordinate software deployments, release approvals, testing activities, and production migrations
• Oversee cloud transport governance and change management processes
• Maintain transport documentation and deployment standards

Landscape & Environment Administration

• Administer cloud ERP tenants, environment provisioning, refreshes, and system configuration requests
• Support environment readiness activities for testing, deployment, and operational support
• Manage platform registrations, service keys, and environment configurations
• Coordinate test data refreshes and landscape maintenance activities

Integration Management

• Configure and maintain communication systems and integration connections
• Support API integrations with enterprise business applications and third-party platforms
• Manage cloud platform services, certificates, service entitlements, and integration documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues impacting business operations

Monitoring, Upgrades & Operations

• Configure platform monitoring, alerting, exception management, and operational dashboards
• Monitor system health and coordinate issue resolution with support providers and technical teams
• Lead cloud ERP upgrade planning, testing, communication, and deployment activities
• Review release updates and assess technical and business impacts
• Coordinate production cutovers and post-release validation activities

Security, Compliance & Vendor Management

• Manage audit logging, compliance controls, retention policies, and security governance requirements
• Review security advisories, platform updates, and vulnerability notifications
• Manage support tickets, service requests, and escalation activities with software vendors
• Partner with implementation partners, architects, and business stakeholders to support platform objectives
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and support standards

Must be authorized to work in the US. No sponsorship will be provided., * 3+ years of SAP administration experience

• Experience administering SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition or comparable cloud ERP platforms
• Experience with SAP Cloud Identity Services, identity management, SSO, and enterprise authentication integrations
• Experience integrating cloud ERP platforms with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) or similar identity providers
• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) administration, including subaccounts and service entitlements
• Experience managing cloud transport processes, software collections, release management, and deployment governance
• Strong understanding of SAP security concepts, authorizations, business roles, catalogs, and segregation of duties principles
• Experience supporting communication systems, API integrations, and enterprise application connectivity
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud ALM or similar cloud monitoring and lifecycle management tools
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and technical analysis skills

• Experience with SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC)
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite
• Experience supporting retail, commerce, point-of-sale, or order management environments
• Experience supporting enterprise order management or pricing platforms
• Knowledge of ABAP Cloud development concepts and extensibility frameworks
• Experience supporting cloud ERP upgrade planning and release management
• Experience with cloud security governance, compliance controls, and audit management
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
