Job description

Technology Lifecycle Management Engineering (TLME), part of the Chief Development Office (CDXO), is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to support Governance and Compliance platforms.

In this role, you will design and build scalable applications and microservices, leveraging modern cloud technologies. You'll play a key role in driving innovation and modernization efforts while contributing to enterprise engineering best practices.

This is a hands-on engineering role requiring strong technical expertise and leadership capability. What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, test, debug, and document scalable full-stack applications
  • Build and enhance cloud-based microservices architectures using modern technologies
  • Contribute to engineering standards and best practices across teams
  • Analyze and solve complex technical challenges involving large-scale systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior engineers and architects
  • Drive initiatives related to cloud adoption and platform modernization
  • Take ownership of deliverables and work independently while contributing to team success

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience with .NET and .NET Core
  • 2-4 years of experience with React.js
  • 2-4 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience building full-stack applications and RESTful services
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Kubernetes and containerization (Docker)
  • Exposure to Python
  • Experience working in cloud environments
  • Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and scalable systems
