Job description

Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale productivity and system implementation initiatives, from conception through delivery and operations

  • Define program vision, strategy, and roadmaps that align with business objectives and technical capabilities
  • Maintain existing systems to ensure minimal downtime
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and business teams
  • Architect and implement infrastructure solutions that support visibility and predictive analytics in the manufacturing processes at Suppliers
  • Ensure system & solution stack reliability, scalability, and security across distributed manufacturing environments at various suppliers
  • Drive continuous improvement programs leveraging AI for process optimization, yield improvement, and defect reduction
  • Communicate complex technical concepts and program status to diverse audiences including executives and non-technical stakeholders
  • Influence without authority to achieve program objectives

Requirements

5+ years of people management experience

  • 5+ years of technical program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Experience managing efforts in Unix/Linux environments, distributed systems or developing large-scale web applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the AWS product suite
  • Knowledge of data center infrastructure design, operations, or delivery
  • Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience with Agile or other program management methodologies

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
