Requirements
- Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Deep coding expertise, not just admin/configuration knowledge
- Experience with IVR and Contact Center configurations
- Strong knowledge of AWS Lambda configuration & flow design
- Experience with Omnichannel flows and certificate management
- Hands-on experience with deployments & release activities across lower and production environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise solution architecture
- Experience working in large banking/enterprise environments preferred
