Job description

The Senior HRIS Analyst advanced level role is responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, analysis, and optimization of the organization's HRIS and related applications. This role serves as the technical and functional subject matter expert supporting HR operations, workforce systems, compliance reporting, workforce analytics, and employee data management. This position partners with HR leadership, Information Technology, and organizational stakeholders to ensure data integrity, system efficiency, reporting accuracy, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement. The Senior HRIS Analyst also supports system implementations, upgrades, integrations, audits, troubleshooting, testing activities, and strategic HR technology initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and workforce decision-making. Provide HRIS support for Oracle, Taleo, OBIA, and related systems; train users; and troubleshoot system, process, and data issues., Administer, maintain, and optimize HRIS systems, modules, workflows, and related applications. Configure system settings, business processes, organizational structures, security roles, and approval workflows. Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with Information Technology and vendors to resolve technical problems, support upgrades, patches, implementations, testing, and system enhancements. Monitor HR systems to ensure optimal functionality, data accuracy, integrity, compliance, and secure management of employee and organizational data. Maintain and audit employee data, conduct discrepancy reviews, and support compliance with EEO, FLSA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, and other regulatory reporting requirements. Develop, generate, and analyze reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support HR operations, compliance requirements, leadership decision-making, audits, and organizational reporting needs. Analyze HR business processes and recommend automation, workflow improvements, and operational efficiencies. Lead or support HRIS projects, integrations, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system validations, and cross-functional initiatives. Develop and maintain documentation for procedures, workflows, system configurations, and business processes. Assist with HR technology strategy, digital transformation initiatives, and continuous process improvement efforts while partnering with HR leadership, I T, and Data Security teams. Candidate must have experience with Oracle Cloud, Power BI, and database management. Project management experience preferred. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Oracle Cloud?, A valid driver's license from state of residence is required. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent professional certification) preferred. EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required. EXPERIENCE Must have four (4) years of professional progressive level experience in Human Resources Integrated Systems, HR Operations, or related systems experience is required. Experience with HR reporting tools, analytics, and system troubleshooting preferred. Must have experience supporting enterprise HR systems such as Oracle, or similar platforms. Experience supporting a broad range of HR operations, programs, systems and related workforce processes preferred. Experience with Oracle HRIS, Taleo, OBIA reporting, HR systems Integrations and experience in utilities, government, or unionized environments preferred. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Must participate in Supervisor Assessment Center within 90 days of hire. Must successfully complete NIMS Training within one (1) year of entering the job. Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills and advanced utilization of Excel software. Works in office majority of the time. Physical Demands: Requires sedentary work involving standing or walking for brief periods, exerting up to 10 pounds of force on a regular basis; and dexterity in operating office equipment.
