Job description
- Resolve complex IT support and infrastructure issues
- Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, and networking environments
- Handle escalated incidents and major outages
- Work with cybersecurity, systems, and network teams
- Mentor Tier-1 and Tier-2 support staff
- Improve troubleshooting processes and documentation
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * 5+ years of advanced IT support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
- Knowledge of Windows, networking, O365, Azure AD/Entra ID
- K-12 or education environment experience preferred
