Job description
We are seeking a Webex / NICE CXone Support Engineer to join our team in Knoxville, TN. This role is ideal for candidates with basic to mid-level experience who enjoy hands-on support, configuration, and administration work rather than senior architecture responsibilities.
You will play a key role in supporting and maintaining communication and contact center platforms, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage and configure Webex auto attendants and call routing features
- Provide Level 2 support for NICE CXone, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Perform system configuration, administration, and policy management
- Support daily operations and maintenance of communication platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system performance and reliability
- Assist with enhancements, updates, and general platform optimization
Requirements
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship not available., * Basic to mid-level experience with Webex and/or NICE CXone
- Experience in a support, operations, or administration-focused role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of contact center technologies or VoIP systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience supporting contact center platforms (CCaaS)
- Familiarity with call flows, routing, and telephony configuration
- Previous experience in a Level 2 support environment
- This is a hands-on support role, not a senior architect position
- We are targeting candidates with practical, operational experience
- Opportunity to convert to a full-time position based on performance and business needs
