Requirements

  • Are a quick learner and excited about learning new technologies
  • Passionate about iterative development, simple to navigate UX, code quality, and engineering best practices
  • Have a design eye and work without designers.
  • Thrive in an environment with lots of context and minimal guidance.
  • Takes pride in developer enablement and operational excellence.
  • Can collaborate with deep domain experts to grasp and translate complex systems and workflows into intuitive and useful UIs.
  • Enjoy taking full ownership of projects from conception to production

Qualifications:

  • Strong front-end fundamentals: React, TypeScript, GraphQL
  • Experience building data-heavy UIs - dashboards, operational tools, or developer portals
  • Ability to work directly with engineering partners to define requirements
  • Comfortable reading and debugging backend systems even if you're not the one building them

Bonus:

  • Experience in Java backend systems
  • Experience in media encoding system space

Benefits & conditions

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $250,000.00 - $413,000.00.
