Microsoft Windows XP Full Stack Development Artificial Intelligence Business Transformation Ubuntu (Operating System) Critical Illness Insurance Solaris (Operating System) Troubleshooting (Problem Solving) Customer Communications Management, This position will provide IT support for our clients labs. Our labs serve as a workspace for a variety of engineering activities. The client landscape includes a variety of current and legacy technology including; Windows, Red Hat, Ubuntu, Solaris systems and accompanying hardware. Lab systems adhere to strict Government regulations and team members must operate in accordance with Corporate policies.

-Technical implementation reviews with customer and peers
-Knowledge documentation & review
-Identify gaps in process and propose ideas to improve efficiency
-Infrastructure support of small / local environments
-Coordinating cross-functional work activities with peer groups

Requirements
Patience Operations Leadership Coordinating Phone Support Microsoft 365 Problem Solving Customer Service Operating Systems Help Desk Support Computer Hardware Personal Computers, Required: High school diploma or equivalent, Government Security Clearance is a nice to have but not required.
Candidate should have at least 2+ years med/large enterprise experience in at least two of the following:
-Client computer hardware support
-Customer service
-Windows (XP or newer OS)
Preferred Experience:
-Linux Operating Systems

Benefits & conditions
This is a Contract position based out of Largo, FL. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
