If so, a role on the Multifamily (MF) Technology - Data team working as a Data Product Analyst could be a fit for you. The Data Product Analyst Role will be part of the Multifamily Technology team supporting the Multifamily Data Product Management team.

The Multifamily Data Team's mission is to provide reliable and consistent data to support MF business. Over the years, the Data Team has built several data products that are foundational to supporting ongoing business operations and enabling business transformation.
Your Impact:
You will partner closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and delivery teams to translate business needs into clear data requirements, user stories, and data-focused solutions. In this role, you will help drive data product delivery, support business transformation, and improve how Multifamily data is understood, managed, and leveraged across the organization.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent work experience, preferred.
- 2 - 4 years' experience in Business Systems Analysis, Product Analysis, and Data Analysis.
- Ability to research data definition, usage, and flow to gain expertise in business processes and system interactions.
- Data analysis skills to support data mapping, data querying, and profiling.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exposure to Financial, Banking, and Mortgage industry.
- Agile Product Delivery, User Story Grooming and Validation, Experience with Data Technologies.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $98,000 - $148,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
