D365 (Finance & Operations) - SCM Functional Consultant (Manufacturing, Warehousing & Logistics | Support / AMS) Role Overview Senior D365 Finance & Operations SCM Functional Consultant for a long term support engagement in a regulated Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing environment. The role focuses on functional support, process stabilization, and continuous improvement across manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics processes typical of a CDMO operating under GxP / GMP regulations, within a global support model. Location requirement: This role must be based in the United States (US). Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 functional support for SCM incidents and recurring issues.

Perform functional Root Cause Analysis (RCA) related to manufacturing, inventory, and logistics.

Support manufacturing operations, including: o Batch based production o BOM / formula management o Production orders and execution

Support warehouse and inventory management, including: o Raw materials, WIP, and finished goods o Lot and batch tracking o Inventory status and physical inventory

Support logistics and distribution, including inbound, outbound, and inter site transfers.

Validate Change Requests and minor enhancements from an SCM functional perspective.

Ensure alignment with GxP / GMP compliance and controlled change processes.

Maintain functional documentation and contribute to incident reduction year over year (Y2Y).

Act as a trusted functional advisor for US manufacturing and supply chain users., Certifications Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations are highly valued, particularly:

Requirements
- 5+ years supporting D365 F&O SCM in AMS / support roles.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics in regulated environments.
- Experience in pharmaceutical / life sciences manufacturing (batch, lot controlled).
- Familiarity with GxP / GMP processes.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
