Requirements

10+ years of software engineering experience Prior hands-on Technical Lead experience Strong Angular + TypeScript experience Strong Node.js/backend API development experience AWS serverless experience (Lambda, API Gateway, IAM) Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs Digital transformation experience focused on customer-facing applications and UX modernization Experience leading engineering teams and coordinating delivery efforts Strong Nice to Have: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Adobe Target Adobe Analytics Ionic / hybrid mobile development AI tooling, LLM workflows, RAG, vector databases, or agentic AI exposure Additional Notes: This team is building modern customer/member experiences across web and mobile platforms Large initiative involving Adobe personalization, AI enablement, and full stack modernization Strong preference for passionate, hands-on leaders who are still actively coding
