Requirements
13+ years of experience in software development with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow development. Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Client Scripts). Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and Service Portal. Expertise in integration technologies like REST, SOAP, and MID Server. Experience with ServiceNow Development tools like Studio, Source Control, and Automated Test Framework (ATF). Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation on the ServiceNow platform. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in working in an Agile environment. Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business users, stakeholders, and other technical teams. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing requirements and environments.
Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. Experience with ServiceNow integration with third-party systems (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory, etc.). Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom UI development. Familiarity with DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines in ServiceNow development.
