Network / Infrastructure Support Analyst (Fusion Center)

Mobile Devices, Business Valuation Wide Area Networks Root Cause Analysis Local Area Networks Remote Access Systems Full Stack Development Network Infrastructure Artificial Intelligence Business Transformation Critical Illness Insurance Management Information Systems Troubleshooting (Problem Solving), * Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for network and infrastructure issues

• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, remote access, and hardware issues
• Perform root cause analysis of network and system problems
• Support internal users, field technicians, and external partners
• Assist with monitoring and support of network operations (NOC-like environment)
• Support applications tied to utility operations (e.g., grid systems, OMS, ADMS)
• Maintain and troubleshoot:

• Laptops, desktops, and handheld devices
• Network connectivity (wired/wireless)
• Server and application environments

• Experience with Cisco networking
• Familiarity with NOC (Network Operations Center) environments
• Wireless networking support
• Basic infrastructure and monitoring tools
• Experience supporting mobile devices, handhelds, or field technology

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Allentown, PA. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
