Job description
- Administer & optimize Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Groups, collaboration tools)
- Manage enterprise email systems including routing, security, and performance
- Support identity and access management (Entra ID, SSO, MFA, DNS)
- Maintain and monitor core infrastructure across cloud and hosted environments
- Develop automation scripts and improve system efficiency
- Partner cross-functionally to support platform integrations and modernization efforts
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Google Workspace administration
- Experience with enterprise email systems
- Strong knowledge of identity / access management (Entra ID, SSO, MFA)
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, security, certificates)
Nice to Have:
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Scripting experience (PowerShell or similar)
- Experience in public sector or education or large-scale non-profit environments
- Exposure to virtualization (VMware, etc.)
