Job description

This position is for an experienced professional engineer to work in our Radar Control and Signal Processing department. This engineer will support the requirements development and modeling of radar signal processors developed out of our Moorestown, NJ facility. This engineer will be responsible for supporting signal processing algorithm development and simulation and test plan creation. This engineer will also work with the software development team on implementing and testing the signal processors and supporting integration with other components and teams.

Requirements

  • BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM degree.
  • 2 or more years of experience with requirements development and performance analysis
  • Experience with MATLAB, DOORs, MBSE
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the SECRET level

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with GIT
  • IBM tools including Rhapsody, DOORS Next Generation, and Jazz
  • Self Motivator and able to communicate effectively
  • Good organizational skills, interpersonal skills and be able to communicate at both programmatic and technical levels with subordinates, peers, and senior management levels

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
