Requirements

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM & AIOps Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in enterprise IT environments. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM modules, event management, discovery, and automation solutions., * Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM & AIOps

  • Proficiency in JavaScript scripting within ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of Python, Shell, or PowerShell scripting
  • Understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and ITIL processes
  • Familiarity with AI/ML, NLP, and event correlation concepts
  • Certifications preferred: CSA, CIS-ITOM, Discovery, Event Management
