Backend Dev

• Implement small, well-defined backend features and bug fixes under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Write clean, maintainable code using C# (.NET) and/or Node.js/TypeScript.
• Participate in code reviews to learn engineering best practices and gradually take on reviewer responsibilities.
• Learn containerized development using Docker and service orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Gain hands-on exposure to AWS and Azure cloud services through guided tasks and pair programming.
• Develop foundational knowledge of serverless and edge computing using Cloudflare Workers.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Communicate progress clearly and proactively raise blockers.
• Contribute to documentation, internal tools, and test coverage improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (e.g., bootcamp or self-directed learning with a portfolio).
• Basic proficiency in at least one backend language (C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript).
• Understanding of core software engineering concepts (OOP, data structures, algorithms).
• Familiarity with Git and basic command-line usage.
• A strong sense of curiosity, a growth mindset, and a collaborative attitude.
• Professional communication skills in English.
• Openness to learning and using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude).

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic or personal projects involving REST APIs or backend services.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, containers, Kubernetes, or serverless technologies.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and HTTP fundamentals.
