Job description

Cadmus is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support our financial commercial client. This candidate would partner with technical business consumers across Business Intelligence, Analytics, and other domains to help them adopt, implement, and maximize the value of new data solutions. They will work as a technical liaison, supporting requirements gathering, solution adoption, and ongoing enablement. This candidate will support delivery, requirements, and stakeholder training, awareness of key datasets to meet regulatory requirements., + Spearhead consumer communications and managing both internal and external communications across program SharePoint site and Teams Channels

  • Drive AI and prompt engineering initiatives

  • Decompose and migrate legacy reports/views to modern platforms like Tableau and Python

  • Support for development teams to champion consumer use cases and needs

Requirements

  • Technical Skills

  • Informatica (IDQ experience needed for at least one)

  • SQL (querying, data manipulation, data comparisons)

  • Snowflake

  • MongoDB

  • PySpark (running test scripts on Jupyter notebooks)

  • Tableau

  • SAS

  • Excel and Power Pivot

  • Python (for analytics and automation)

  • Experience with ODBC connections and credential configuration

  • Project & Process Skills

  • 8-10 years of experience across the SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, and operations

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other relevant degree.

  • Agile project management (JIRA)

  • Requirements gathering and writing technical and business documentation

  • Communication & Enablement Skills

  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities

  • Experience managing SharePoint or similar collaboration tools

  • AI & Data Transformation

  • Understanding of AI concepts and prompt engineering

  • Experience with data migration and transformation projects

  • Preferred Experience

  • Prior work in financial services, mortgage, or regulated environments (especially with data governance and compliance)

  • Hands-on experience migrating legacy BI/reporting solutions to modern platforms (Tableau, Python)

  • Experience supporting business users in adopting new data or analytics technologies

  • Prior experience in AI or automation projects

  • Experience managing program-level communications and digital platforms (SharePoint, frontline sites)

  • Experience as an embedded analyst or technical liaison roles within development teams

The minimum starting salary for this position is $115,000. The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
