Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery teams in a hybrid environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile/Scrum experience, preferably within SAFe environments, and the ability to help build and grow high-performing teams., * Strong Scrum Master experience in Agile delivery environments

  • SAFe experience preferred
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Power BI reporting
  • Strong team-building and leadership skills
  • SAFe, CSM, or related Agile certifications preferred
  • Oil & Gas industry experience is a major plus
  • Waterfall project experience is a bonus
