Job description

  • Install and integrate laptops, printers, scanners, workstations, routers, and switches
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and problem resolution during installations
  • Educate end users on new systems and equipment
  • Clean up materials and prepare legacy devices for pickup and shipment
  • Provide professional, customer-focused support at all locations
  • Training will be provided

Requirements

  • IT support, hardware installation, or technical training preferred but not required
  • Strong trainability with the ability to quickly learn and work within new systems and processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service mindset
  • Comfortable traveling locally to install sites
  • Must have reliable personal transportation
  • Commitment to seeing the project through its full duration
