Entry-Level Mar-tech Engineer (CRM/Email/Marketing Systems)

• Build, test, and deploy CRM & email campaigns for client accounts using platforms like Iterable, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Work with dynamic email templates (HTML/CSS) and personalize content using customer data
• Manage audience segmentation, data flows, and campaign logic
• Support marketing automation workflows and lifecycle journeys
• Partner with internal teams to connect client databases, APIs, and marketing platforms
• Help troubleshoot technical issues across campaigns, templates, and integrations
• Analyze campaign data (opens, clicks, conversions) and implement improvements
• Write and maintain lightweight scripts or queries to support data extraction and segmentation
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in how we structure and scale marketing systems
• Gain exposure to full-stack development concepts through real-world projects

Do you have experience in Salesforce?, * Recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Marketing Tech, or related field

• Strong interest in coding, data systems, and how software powers marketing
• Comfortable learning new tools and working in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Technical Skills (Highly Valued)

• Basic experience with HTML/CSS (especially for email templates)
• Exposure to JavaScript or Python
• Familiarity with SQL and working with structured data
• Understanding of APIs, data pipelines, or system integrations (even at a basic level)
• Experience with or interest in CRM/email platforms (Iterable is a big plus)
• Comfort working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for data manipulation
