Job description

Everyone performing this function is responsible for ensuring the overall quality and accuracy of activities performed in accordance with established procedures and training. This role collaborates across teams to achieve operational goals, promote a safe work environment, and build strong working relationships through effective communication and mutual respect., The EDI Developer is responsible for performing the following functions, * Design, develop, and maintain EDI maps and transaction sets to support business and customer requirements.

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI processing issues, including transaction failures and data discrepancies.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain SQL scripts, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views to support data integration and application needs.
  • Diagnose and resolve SQL Server performance issues, including query tuning, indexing, and connectivity problems.
  • Develop and maintain data integration processes, including import/export procedures, bulk data loads, and data transformations across systems.
  • Design and update Bartender labels as needed.
  • Modify and support C# applications and code related to data processing and system integration.
  • Develop, maintain, and support SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports for business users.
  • Work within Epicor Kinetic (E10) to configure and support BAQs, BPMs, Data Directives, and Method Directives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement data and EDI solutions.
  • Participate in system testing, validation, and deployment of EDI and data-related changes.
  • Provide on-call support for production systems as required.
  • Document processes, configurations, and technical solutions in accordance with internal standards.
  • Travel occasionally as required (less than 5%).

Requirements

Do you have experience in Scripting?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar technical field.

  • 3 + years of hands-on Microsoft SQL Scripting (SQL 2022).
  • 2 + years of hands-on Microsoft C# development
  • 2 + years of Epicor Kinetic experience desired.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Bartender labeling software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment using ERP is preferred.
