Triaging and resolving data discrepancies by tracing issues back to source tables or upstream ETL processes and coordinating fixes with the SQL/development team

Building reproducible query logic and documented SQL scripts that implement business rules for HEDIS/quality measures and claims-derived metrics

Producing and publishing routine reports and data files (including uploads to vendor/portal systems) and verifying post-upload accuracy

Creating and maintaining clear technical documentation and runbooks for data processes, validation checks, and change control steps

Participating in peer reviews of SQL/query logic and version-controlled change submissions

Partnering proactively with quality, risk, and business stakeholders to translate metric definitions into testable logic, scope ad-hoc requests, and present findings with actionable recommendations

Performing ad-hoc analyses to investigate trends, root causes, and measure variances and producing concise summaries and visualizations for business audiences
