Job description
The Senior Infrastructure & Cloud Manager leads execution of Stanley Martin Homes' cloud-first infrastructure strategy. This role is responsible for Azure platform architecture, hybrid stability, infrastructure modernization, and engineering team performance. The Senior Infrastructure & Cloud Manager is a hands-on technical leadership role accountable for turning enterprise strategy into scalable infrastructure standards.
Responsibilities and Duties
Cloud Platform Leadership

Lead Azure landing zone design and governance

Define automation and infrastructure-as-code standards

Drive workload migration and modernization
Hybrid & Field Operations Oversight

Ensure stability of hybrid systems

Align field infrastructure with enterprise standards

Coordinate lifecycle management of infrastructure assets
Engineering Leadership

Manage infrastructure engineering team

Separate cloud platform execution from field/network operations

Establish delivery accountability and operational discipline

Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions and communications

Complete all other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

8-12+ years of infrastructure experience

Deep Azure architecture expertise

Experience modernizing hybrid enterprise environments

Prior technical team leadership experience

Strong operational and delivery discipline
