Job description
Seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design scalable, cloud-native applications supporting loyalty, marketing, customer engagement, and enterprise integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, translating complex requirements into secure, high-performing solution architectures., * Design end-to-end application solutions using layered, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Lead API and integration design using REST/JSON, messaging, and streaming technologies.
- Collaborate with business, product, marketing, and engineering teams to define solution roadmaps.
- Architect customer data flows across CRM, CDP, loyalty, and marketing platforms.
- Evaluate technology options and provide recommendations based on scalability, performance, security, and cost.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Support AWS cloud adoption and modernization initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, or Software Engineering.
- Strong understanding of:
- Layered, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architectures
- REST API Design, Integration Patterns, and Data Modeling
- AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda, Containers)
- Customer Data Platforms (CDP), CRM, and Customer Journey Concepts
- Real-time and batch integration patterns
- Non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, availability)
- Experience working with Agile delivery teams and enterprise stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Loyalty, Marketing Technology (MarTech), or Customer Engagement platforms.
- Knowledge of Kafka, AWS MSK, Airflow, or ETL/Data Pipeline solutions.
- Familiarity with GraphQL, Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of TOGAF principles and enterprise architecture governance.
- Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, consent management, and customer data privacy.
- Travel, airline, hospitality, or loyalty program domain experience is highly desirable.
