IFS ERP Application Support

• Provide day-to-day support for the IFS ERP platform across finance processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Maintain application administration activities, including user access, system settings, security support, and environment oversight.
• Partner with business teams to gather, clarify, and document operational needs in the form of business requirement documentation.
• Drive user enablement by resolving process issues, answering functional questions, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support release planning, testing coordination, and post-deployment validation for upgrades, enhancements, and system changes.
• Troubleshoot application issues using queries, data analysis, and reporting tools to identify root causes and restore system performance.
• Assist with configuration management and process optimization across supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and asset management workflows.

• Collaborate on integrations between ERP and related enterprise platforms, including HCM and CRM systems such as Dayforce and Salesforce. Requirements - 5+ years of experience supporting ERP or enterprise applications in a functional, application support, or consultant capacity.
• Hands-on experience with cloud ERP or enterprise resource planning platforms, preferably including IFS or a similar system.
• Strong knowledge of finance and operational business processes, including GL, AP/AR, procurement, manufacturing, or asset management.
• Proven ability to create and work from business requirement documents, support configuration management, and coordinate system changes.
• Solid technical skills in queries, troubleshooting, data analysis, and reporting.
• Experience supporting or integrating with CRM and HCM platforms; exposure to Salesforce and Dayforce is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with end users, technical teams, and business stakeholders in a support-focused environment.
