We are looking for an aggressive, tech-savvy Internet Sales Specialist to take control of our massive influx of online leads and turn digital clicks into roaring engines.

What You'll Do (The Ride):
- Own the Inbox & CRM: Promptly respond to all inbound internet leads, text messages, phone inquiries, and social media requests.
- Build Value Virtually: Connect authentically with customers, answer questions about our massive new and pre-owned inventory, and present pricing/financing options.
- Set the Stage: Your primary goal is appointment setting. You will schedule dealership visits, test rides, and VIP showroom experiences.
- Manage the Pipeline: Consistently follow up with prospects using our CRM to ensure no lead is left behind.
- Collaborate to Close: Work hand-in-hand with our Showroom Sales Floor and Management teams to ensure a seamless handoff when the customer arrives.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Texting/chatbox tools?, * Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in automotive, powersports, or high-volume internet sales (BDC experience is a huge plus).
- CRM Mastery: Experience with automotive dealership CRMs (like DealerTrack, VinSolutions, or similar tools) and digital communication platforms.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication. You must know how to build rapport and convey excitement over email, text, and phone.
- A Hustle Mentality: High-energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. You don't wait for things to happen; you make them happen.
- Note: Motorcycle endorsement or riding experience is a plus, but a passion for the brand and a drive to win is what matters most!
