Job description

  • Experienced Product Manager to lead customer-facing digital pharmacy experiences within a large retail healthcare
  • environment. This role owns product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional delivery across pharmacy digital
  • platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps for digital pharmacy platforms.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, analytics, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Drive improvements across patient journeys (prescriptions, refills, scheduling, notifications, payments).
  • Use data and customer insights to guide prioritization and improve user experience.
  • Lead Agile delivery, backlog prioritization, and release planning.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, * 8+ years of product management experience with enterprise digital products.

  • Strong experience with B2C, customer-facing platforms.
  • Background in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated environments preferred.
  • Proven Agile/Scrum delivery experience with engineering teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
