Job description
- Helps to actively manage and control physical and cycle count inventories, researching and making required adjustments
- Makes inventory procedural change recommendations
- Helps monitor and maintain replenishment inventory levels in an accurate and timely manner
- Sets up new product locations based on upcoming purchase order receipts
- Performs eyewear frame take-apart adjustments in system
- Schedules and performs inter-site transfer of eyewear cases
- Transfers and physically moves closeout eyewear and cases in the system
- Maintains warranty product
- Receives product from purchase orders
- Promotes a safe work environment
- Must be willing to learn other duties as needed
Communication
- Communicates effectively with various members of the operations team
Requirements
Do you have experience in Warehouse storage management?, Must have good typing & Word skills. Excel is a plus., * Can-do attitude with the ability to multitask and capable of working extended hours or weekends when needed
- 3+ years of similar experience managing inventory in a warehouse environment required
- Computer skills and RF scanning software required
- Must be able to stand 6-8 hours per day as required to open cartons, count items, and place in storage areas
- Must be willing to work in a climate-controlled warehouse, * The job requires the ability to stand and walk up to 6-8 hours per day and alternately sit at a desk to use a computer for 2-3 hours per day as needed
- Must be able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs
Benefits & conditions
Pay: $17.50/hour - 18.00/hour
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
We rarely work on weekends.
