Sr. IT Project Manager

In this position, you will collaborate with senior management, stakeholders, and the overall project teams to meet business objectives and provide professional leadership, while fostering mentorship, respect and trust.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Manage large enterprise-type projects that involve multiple internal stakeholders or contracted resources.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project plans.
• Define users and project team members' roles and responsibilities on the project.
• Define user requirements, deliverables, and approvals.
• Coordinate and monitor activities of all stakeholders to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Communicate project status to management and project stakeholders.
• Mentor and provide guidance to intermediate level project managers including recommending training and experience.

Do you have experience in Waterfall software development?, * Experience in complex IT project or portfolio coordination involving multiple stakeholders across multiple business areas and geographies.

• Experience with Cloud migration, Google, Data Warehouse, Migration experience.
• Ability to translate technology terms and explain concepts of SDLC to program/business folks who have little to no exposure to large software projects.
• Ability to support Sr. project team staff to drive projects to success.
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in organizing highly complex and technical information.
• Prior experience working on State of Indiana large software projects.
• Knowledge of multiple methodologies including agile and waterfall.
• Experience managing projects within Azure DevOps.
• Led end-to-end migration of an on premises to cloud data warehouse migrations.
• PMP Certified.
