Job description
We are seeking a mid-level Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management Administrator to join our IT Applications team. This role supports critical ERP systems used across finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations and works closely with business users ranging from accounting and plant operations to executive leadership. This position does not require full mastery of every D365 FSCM module, or other aspects of our enterprise systems, on day one. Instead, we are looking for someone with a solid foundation in enterprise applications who is curious, collaborative, and eager to learn, and who can build strong relationships across the business and IT. You will partner with internal users, our application developers, and external support and development providers to resolve issues, define enhancements, test new solutions and versions, and improve how D365 FSCM supports our business processes. Over time, you are expected to grow into a trusted resource with deep knowledge of how the system is used across the company and the business processes involved. You will have additional responsibilities helping to administer and manage other enterprise systems. Responsibilities
- Work with business users to troubleshoot issues and improve system effectiveness
- Coordinate with 3rd-party support and development teams on fixes and enhancements
- Gather and document requirements for ERP customizations
- Support testing, releases, and application lifecycle activities
- Provide administration for SharePoint Online and aspects of the Power Platform
- Continuously learn business processes and system capabilities across the enterprise
Requirements
Do you have experience in Supply chain management solutions (enterprise solutions)?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Experience supporting enterprise applications (D365 FSCM experience required)
