Job description

The Data Quality Operations Specialist is responsible for the day to day activities around the organization's data management, including but not limited to all aspects of master data entry and management including creation, deletion, classification, characterization, and analysis of data. The specialist will also provide quality support and outstanding customer service across numerous business functions to all areas of the Kiewit Organization. They will focus on the quality and implementation to ensure data integrity., * Act as a liaison between a variety of different KBS Shared Services teams and Field Personnel to effectively and efficiently set up Kiewit's master data within SAP

  • Provide additional support to maintain, change, update, add, and assist with master data throughout the duration of the project's work
  • Maintain a professional relationship with Kiewit districts and departments
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts between multiple Kiewit teams
  • Coordinate the setup process for new legal entities for Kiewit
  • Support all enhancements to systems directly impacting master data related to various disciplines throughout the modules.
  • Support and participate in collaboration activities to promote and implement continuous process improvement
  • Close out projects that are complete and coordinate accordingly to ensure close steps are complete
  • Other job-related tasks as needed or assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting
  • Experience utilizing different modules within SAP will receive high consideration
