Requirements

10+ years of professional experience in UI/UX engineering, front-end development, or design-system architecture. Proven experience as a Lead Engineer, UI/UX Lead, or Front-End Technical Lead. Expert-level proficiency in React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Strong background in UI/UX design, including user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and pattern creation.

Demonstrated experience building scalable, reusable component libraries and design systems. Hands-on experience deploying and operating applications in AWS cloud infrastructure. Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility. Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps tooling.
